Payment Terms

Booking Deposit

To confirm a booking, a deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

For luxury train journeys, wildlife lodges, festive-season departures, Christmas, New Year, or special-event bookings, full payment may be required at the time of confirmation.
